Prepare yourself to sink into peace and serenity. Restorative yoga is a practice that is specifically designed for deep relaxation. By using blocks, bolsters, and blankets we set ourselves up for deep comfort in each posture, which allows our mind to calm and quiet, inviting in complete relaxation.
Gentle massage with essential oils will be used in certain postures to increase a sense of inner peace and tranquility.
**There is absolutely no experience necessary! Restorative yoga is intended for anyone looking for deep relaxation and restoration, from the very beginner to the advanced practitioner. If you have never tried this practice, the time is now! Be prepared to feel inner peace, relaxation, and serenity.

Day of Energy Healing with Ashley

Do you need to release energetic blocks and feel a deeper sense of lightness and clarity? Then this is the perfect opportunity to book your individual energy session with Ashley.
I have personally had an energy session with Ashley and it was AMAZING!!! I felt a definite release and by the end of the session a total lightness within my body. Ashley will be incorporating crystal healing, Reiki, and various energy balancing modalities to release energetic and emotional blockages, deeply relax the physical and mental bodies, and restore the subtle body to its optimal balance for your highest well being.

**there is an intentional 2-week break between the 2nd session and the last session to have time to implement meditation practices given
INVESTMENT IN SELF: $60 all 3 sessions
**This offering is intended for those who have taken Introduction to Meditation or already have an established meditation practice.
Allow yourself the time to dive more deeply into your meditation practice.
In this 3-week session we will explore ways to move deeply into our meditation practice. Using specific breath techniques, yoga postures, mudras, and mantra to move through blocks and experience a sustained, enjoyable meditation practice allowing us to move more deeply into conscious awareness.
During our first session we will use meditative yoga postures before our meditation to increase our awareness and attention in the physical body. The postures used will be gentle, but held for a little bit longer to increase concentration and focus.
The second session we will explore pranayama (breathwork) and learn the ins and outs of creating a sacred space, setting up an alter, and clearing energy to support our meditation practice.
Throughout the sessions we will spend time exploring our meditation techniques and focusing on removing any blocks that may be getting in our way of a committed, sustained meditation practice.
There will also be plenty of time spent in meditation and each session will end in a deeply relaxing guided meditation!

DEEPLY RELAXING GUIDED MEDITATION!
WHEN: FRIDAY, APRIL 7th
TIME: 6:00 - 7:30pm
Yoga Nidra or Yogic Sleep is a very relaxing state between waking and sleeping. While 'snuggling' in to complete comfort, the body sets up for total relaxation. By being guided systematically deeper and deeper into this meditative state, we are able to fully move inward and release the 'thinking mind', allowing ourselves to completely relax.
In the yogic tradition, the Koshas are the layers or 'bodies' that make up our being: physical, energetic, psycho-emotional, wisdom, and bliss. For this special Yoga Nidra: The 5 Koshas, we'll spend some time learning about these energy 'sheaths' and how we can use this knowledge to become more 'in-tune' with our needs along on our path to well-being.
You'll be guided through a meditation to connect to the koshas as we prepare for our Yoga Nidra. After tuning into the koshas, we'll set ourselves up for comfort to enjoy an extended Yoga Nidra for the Koshas. Increasing the energetic flow so that we can let go and release into relaxation.
This is such a nourishing practice and if you haven't participated in Yoga Nidra before, now is the time!
