BEGINNER YOGA SERIES

​   When: WEDNESDAYS **NEXT BEGINNER YOGA SERIES COMING JANUARY 2017!!!

   Time: 6-7:30PM

*Learn the basics of yoga! We will take the time needed in this beginner class to break down yoga postures, cover yoga etiquette, learn breath techniques to reduce stress, and be guided through gentle meditations. Each class will include a short lecture followed by a gentle yoga practice, with time allotted for questions and discussion.

   Investment in Self: $60 for entire 4 week session

TIME: 6-8:30PM

Enjoy a beautiful evening of restoration and renewal!
We'll start the evening off with an energy clearing and gentle grounding meditation to set our intention for deep relaxation.

With our intentions set we will begin our Restorative Yoga practice with essential oils. During Restorative Yoga we will hold gentle yoga poses while being supported by bolsters, blankets, and blocks. Using props allows the body an opportunity to 'let go' and relax while the mind is able to move into a place of peace and stillness.

Ending our evening we will luxuriate in the sweet serenity of Yoga Nidra. Yoga Nidra means Yogic sleep and is a form of deeply relaxing guided meditation.

*For every and all skill levels from the very beginner to the seasoned practitioner!

Dive Deeper: Journey Into Yoga with Shauna

 I invite you to begin to add more balance, tranquility, and well-being into your life by bringing yoga off your mat and fully into your life!

 Asanas (yoga postures) make up a small part of the art and science of yoga. Yoga is a complete system of human transformation that brings you into harmony with the rhythms of nature and connects you with your most authentic self.

 Through Yoga, you find your Inner power, tap into your inherent wisdom, and manifest your fullest potential in all that you do!

 Take this opportunity to journey more deeply into yourself, opening up to your intuition, your Divine Light and Love, and find the beautiful truths living there.

 Join me as we embark on this 8 week Journey Into Yoga!


*Our journey will include:
     A weekly gentle yoga practice designed to support your journey
     Mudras, Pranayama, and Mantras
     Meditations designed to guide you deeper into your Self
     Teachings on the Eight Limbed Yogic Path
     Immersion into the Yamas and Niyamas (ethical practices of yoga)

     Practices to implement at home to deepen your journey
