**Join Shauna for the last Yoga Night Out of 2016**
We will use this special Yoga Night Out to release and let go of what is no longer serving us before we step lightly and openly into the New Year!
Beginning our evening with a cleansing/releasing mantra, during this time we'll have an opportunity to burn a representation of what we want to release (a writing, drawing, or something that is a symbol for you).
Next, we'll move into our Restorative Yoga practice that will be a time for us to energetically release what is no longer serving us. Using blocks, bolsters, and blankets in this blissful practice will allow your energy body the time needed to fully let go of what is not longer serving you.
We'll end our evening with a special meditation/yoga nidra that is specifically designed to guide us into setting aside those things that do not support us on our journey and guide us toward finding our word or symbol for the upcoming New Year.
***Essential oils will be used to enhance your experience***

BEGINNER YOGA SERIES
When: WEDNESDAYS **NEXT BEGINNER YOGA SERIES COMING JANUARY 2017!!!
*Learn the basics of yoga! We will take the time needed in this beginner class to break down yoga postures, cover yoga etiquette, learn breath techniques to reduce stress, and be guided through gentle meditations. Each class will include a short lecture followed by a gentle yoga practice, with time allotted for questions and discussion.
