Our newest instructor and resident energy healer, Ashley, will be offering energy healing sessions right here at Peaceful Plum Yoga to help you thrive this holiday season!  Ashley will be incorporating crystal healing, Reiki, and various energy balancing modalities to release energetic and emotional blockages, deeply relax the physical and mental bodies, and restore the subtle body to its optimal balance for your highest well being.

Welcome to Peaceful Plum Yoga & Meditation

 Peaceful Plum Yoga and Meditation studio offers an intimate, tranquil space where you can quiet the mind and bring peace to the body. We offer yoga and meditation classes that are accessible to all, nurturing peace and well-being within body, mind, and spirit.


We here at Peaceful Plum specialize in providing a gentle and loving practice. Whether you are looking to increase flexibility, age gracefully, decrease stress, move more easily within your body, or find peace of mind...we have a yoga class (or two!) that's just right for you. We would love to have you come try us out!


It is our intention to create an inviting atmosphere where community naturally develops. We believe that yoga and meditation are practices that are beneficial to everyone and ALL are welcome and encouraged to come join us!!

BEGINNER YOGA SERIES with Shauna

When: WEDNESDAYS, JANUARY 4, 11, 18, 25

Time: 5:45 - 7:00PM


*Learn the basics of yoga! We will take the time needed in this beginner class to break down yoga postures, cover yoga etiquette, learn breath techniques to reduce stress, and be guided through gentle meditations. Each class will include a short lecture followed by a gentle yoga practice, with time allotted for questions and discussion.
